Here are some answers to some known problems you may have when ordering.
Q. I clicked "add to cart" on a product, but nothing appears in my shopping cart when selecting "view cart".
A. You need to set your web browser to allow popups. When you click "add to cart", a box will pop up showing the product, quantity and price for you to confirm add to shopping cart.
Q. When trying to complete my order, I get the error message "The country you have selected on this page does not match the country you have selected in the shop..."
A. This actually means the STATE does not match. Most likely you did not select your state on the 'secure check out' page. It's right above where you select shipping option (ground/air). The state reads Alabama until you change it to your state. Just go back to the check out page and select your state before proceding.
